Acting as both the brain and the nervous system, it collects, interprets, and correlates signals to form an active integrity state: a continuously updating representation of how risk moves through law, procedure, power, and enforcement.

    Where CLAVIS measures the structure of legality, OBSCURA tracks the motion of compliance, NEXUS maps the topology of influence, and NULLUM quantifies the decay of consequence, VIGILO CORE fuses them into an operational logic. It transforms detection into coordination, turning separate analytical layers into a unified field of governance intelligence. By integrating every signal through a shared ontology and Bayesian reasoning framework, it enables Vigilum to detect risk not as isolated anomaly—but as patterned convergence across systems.
